Monongah native Amy Davis Pearl
passed away on Christmas Day.
Her obituary:
Amy Margaret Pearl, 85, of Rivesville, West
Virginia died Friday, December 25, 2015. She was born January 17, 1930 in
Monongah, WV a daughter of the late John H. Davis & Gertrude Wilson Davis.
She
was preceded in death by her husband James Edward Pearl on April 18, 2014.
She
is survived by 3 sons and 2 daughter in laws Thomas W. & Linda Stewart of
Bristol, VA, Michael R. & Leita Stewart of Fairmont, WV and John F. Stewart
and his fiancé Crystal Batson of Rivesville, WV, 3 daughters and 3 son in laws
Sharon & Casey Stickley of White Hall, WV, Carol & Monte Hilling of
Rivesville, WV and Cindy & Thomas Annan of Fairmont, WV, 2 sisters,
Patricia Jones of Hepzibah, WV and Nancy Haldeman of White Hall, WV, 13
grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, a step daughter and her husband Cheryl
& Dr. Ron Graziani of Fairmont, WV, a sister in law Anna Davis of Baxter,
WV and many nieces & nephews.
She was preceded in death by her brothers
Paul W. Davis and John H. Davis Jr.
Mrs. Pearl retired from the City of
Rivesville in 1989 where she was employed as the Water Clerk for over 20 years.
She attended the Highlawns United Methodist Church in Rivesville. The family
will receive friends at the Ford Funeral Home, DeGarmo Chapel, 207 Second
Street, Rivesville, WV 26588 Tuesday, December 29, 2015 from 11a.m. ��"
1 p.m. The funeral service will be held in the funeral home Tuesday at 1:00
p.m. with Reverend Stanley Merrifield officiating. The committal service will
follow in the Beverly Hills Memorial Gardens, Westover, WV. Online condolences
