Brrrrr!!!

West Virginians woke up Tuesday to record-breaking subzero cold in Wheeling, Morgantown, Weirton, Lewisburg, Terra Alta and Burton.
  
Weirton and Burton suffered through minus 14 degrees. It was minus 10 in Terra Alta, minus 7 in Wheeling, minus 3 in Morgantown and minus 1 in Lewisburg.
  
Glady, near Elkins, was hit with minus 21, but it wasn’t a record.

Other areas recording double-digit subzero temperatures: Bayard, minus 17; Elkins, minus 15; and Bartow, minus 12.
