All but 5 homes cleared for returns after tanker fires
All but the residents of five homes in Fayette County that were evacuated after a CSX train derailment and oil tanker fires on Monday are being allowed to return home.
People who live in Adena Village, Mount Carbon and Boomer Bottom are allowed to return home.  Residents of the five homes immediately adjacent to the site still are under the evacuation order.
One lane of WV Route 61 has been opened.
