2-car crash closes U.S. 250 today

Route 250 reopened around 7:15 a.m. Friday, Oct. 17 after two vehicles collided on Husky Highway in Fairmont.  

One person was transported by ambulance to Fairmont Regional Medical Center and one was taken to Mon General Hospital, according to Marion County 911 dispatchers.  

The Marion County Sheriffs Department is investigating the cause of the accident.   
  
Route 250 was closed after accident in Marion County.
  
The Marion County Sheriffs Department, Farmington Volunteer Fire Department and Barrackville Volunteer Fire department responded to the scene.  


The entire roadway had been shut down.
