Careful, Nancy Pettit!

Nancy Pettit, once from Monongah, is enjoying Lake Tahoe. She better wear water wings if she takes the plunge because Tahoe is 1,645 feet deep, second only to Crater Lake’s 1,945 feet.

Nancy worked at Kroeger, studied at Mt. SAC and lives in Fairmont.

Lake Tahoe elevation is 6,225 feet. It’s along the border between California and Nevada
