1971 grads know how to have fun at reunion time

Class of 1971, one of the liveliest graduation classes at Monongah High, already has lined up its Friday, May 27 reunion in Kip Riley’s home in White Hall.

Writes Sue Ahouse Schrader, about as joyous a Lion as you can find:

“Monongah High Class of 71 - We are planning a gathering Friday may 27th Kip Riley home in White Hall for the Class of 71 members. Plan on coming, should be fun time, bring swimwear as there is an indoor pool. More details later.
“Thanks, Jay”
Jay Holman, Jr. is the buzzsaw that keeps the Class of 1971 going. This will be 1971’s 55th anniversary so the joint will be rocking.
The next day, on Saturday, May 28, the annual Monongah High Alumni Reunion for all the classes will roar in at the Knights of Columbus on Mary Lou Retton Drive in Fairmont.

Jay and his 1971 grads haven’t found Charlie Miller, Roger Bissett, Oliver Eddy or Dennis (Randy) Collins yet, if you know where they are or how to contact them, email John Olesky at jo4wvu@neo.rr.com or go to Jay Holman's Facebook page.

What about YOU and YOUR class? Will you be missing out on the fun?
Check in with Donna Davis, Class of 1958, who handles the MHS Reunion reservations, at (304) 534-5636 or email her at dldavis315@comcast.net  or go on her Facebook page to see how you can have some Class of 1971 joy, too.
Get with it! NOW! Mark it on your calendar. If you’re not dead May 27th and 28th, you should be there!
