Greg Patrick, Class of 1970, leader of Monongah’s Jenna Won’t Sing Band, has landed safely in the Ukraine to visit family.

Greg writes:

“I am here!!!! They are even more wonderful in person!!!!!”

Greg is a social studies teacher at Fairmont Catholic School following his “retirement” after 37 years at Miller Junior High and West Fairmont Middle School.

Jim Pulice, Eric Pulice and Ron Yanero, who is dealing with recovering from health issues, are Greg’s co-conspirators in the Jenna Won’t Sing Band.

Ukraine is bordered by a lot of countries:

Unfriendly Russia to the east and northeast, Belarus to the northwest, Poland and Slovakia to the west and Hungary, Romania and Moldova to the southwest.

At least Ukraine only has to deal with the Black Sea and Sea of Azov on its southern border.
