Susan Staron
Sanders, Class of 1971, an administrative assistant at Personnel who spearheads
fundraisers for Christmas street lights in Monongah, and husband Ron Sanders
are celebrating their 28th wedding anniversary on Friday, June 17.
They’re
observing the milestone at Deep Creek Lake, Maryland.

Susan and husband Ron Sanders live on Thomas Street,
next door to Mayor Greg Vandetta and his wife, Janice Manzo Vandetta.
When I was 1 to 12 years old, the Olesky family lived
on Thomas Street next door to where Susan and Ron live. The Mangino family was
in the current Sanders home before it moved to the Germantown section of
Philadelphia.
