Fairmont police, after getting a
report of a vehicle stolen in Harrison County, shot the occupants in the
vehicle in the Muriale’s Restaurant parking lot Wednesday night.
The male driver was taken to Ruby Memorial Hospital by ambulance and the female
occupant to Fairmont Regional Medical Center.
Both occupants had warrants for their arrests. West Virginia State Police will investigate the shooting.
