The family of Sally Wood Tarley, Class of 1959, retired Fairmont State professor (1974-2002), had a little fun with this photo, which is more Scrooge than Santa Claus-ey.

Sally got her masters from WVU and lives in Fairmont with husband Marko Tarley, Class of 1957.

She hangs out with the rowdy Ahouse sisters, Sue Ahouse Schrader and Doris Carpenter Rogers, both Class of 1971, at Monongah High Alumni Reunions.

Mark Tarley, who went to Fairmont State and was catching prize fish at age 3 at Green Lakes, is Tony Tarley’s son and is married and living in Hickory, North Carolina.

Other Tarleys with Monongah High diplomas include:

Annie Tarley Delovich, Class of 1952.
Sally Wood Tarley, Class of 1959.
Carlo Tarley, Class of 1965.
Joanna Tarley, Class of 1978.
Phillis Tarley, 1982 North Marion grad.
Mark Tarley, 1985 North Marion grad.

Phillis’ brother, Worthington Company 14 firefighter Dewey Tarley, is deceased.
