Faye Ellen Ward Ramsey, mother of
Kimberly June Ramsey of Monongah, passed away Sunday, August 6.
She was born in New York but lived in
Worthington, as do three of her children. Sons Robert Ramsey and Leland “G.G.”
Ramsey, Jr. live in Worthington. So does her daughter, Tracy Lynn Ramsey.

Faye Ellen Ward Ramsey, 75, of Worthington, passed
away on Sunday, August 6, 2017 at the Fairmont Regional Medical Center. She was
born October 10, 1941, in New York, a daughter of the late Charles Ward and
Ruby Rosella Bean Ward Booth.
Faye was a homemaker and had been employed as an LPN at the Wishing Well and also in home care. She enjoyed her grandchildren and her dog. She was Baptist by faith.
Survivors include her 2 sons: Robert Ramsey and Leland “G.G.”, Jr .both of Worthington; 3 daughters: Kimberly June Ramsey of Monongah, Tracy Lynn Ramsey of Worthington, and Terry Faye Carpenter of Farmington; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; 2 sisters: Naomi Jean Cook and Donna Lynn Dodd both of Fairmont; and her caregiver whom she considered her angel: Cheryl Clark.
In addition to her parents, Faye was preceded in
death by her husband Leland Ramsey on December 17, 2005; a son: Bruce Ramsey;
and 2 grandchildren: April and Brandon Ramsey.
There will be no public visitation. Cremation services have been entrusted to Hutson Funeral Home in Farmington. A graveside service will be held at a later date. Condolences may be accessed at www.hutsonfuneralhomes.com
