Search for Albert Carter continues -- in Africa?

Jim Davis, Class of 1964, continues the search for Albert Carter, also Class of 1964, his former buddy.

Albert grew up on Center Street in Monongah. He had two brothers deceased, Bobby and Nook, and a sister. Albert was a coal miner at the Rochester and Pittsburgh Coal Company, later the Four States Mine #20.

Janie Mitchell, Monongah High grad, wrote: Albert’s sister-in-law said the last she heard he was in Africa. He married a girl from there. And went to Africa.
