North Marion students donate $1,000 to WVU Children’s

If you save enough pennies, it adds up to significant money.

North Marion High School Student Council does that with its Pennies for Huskies Heaven. And gave West Virginia University Medicine Children’s $1,000.

WVU Medicine Children’s Lora Edgell said the money will be used in to update its neonatal intensive care unit waiting room.

For more than 20 years, NMHS has donated money for various causes through its annual penny drive.
