Remarkable recycling

Marion County Solid Waste Authority is doing its recyling job so well that it’s overflowing.

No wonder.

There are eight recyclables sites in Marion County and curbside pickups in Fairmont. And Monongalia County recyclables wind up there, too.

The sites are open 24/7 and you don’t have to live in Marion County to drop off recyclables.

MCSWA just wants to get the litter off the roads, out of the homes and off the lawns and into the landfills.

It’s a beautiful thing they’re doing.
