Country music star and West Virginia native Brad Paisley will give a free
concert on West Virginia University’s Brown Parking Lot at the WVU College of
Law Sept. 9.
Paisley, WVU Sports and IMG are providing the free entertainment.
WVU will play Youngstown State in football at 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 10 in
nearby Mountaineer Field. So there may be overnight tailgating during the concert.
Paisley's "Country Nation" single from the "Moonshine in the
Trunk" album features 18 college sports mascots, including the West
Virginia Mountaineer.
