Following doctor's orders, I climb Hilltop Terrace where Paula and I have our condo (at the bottom of the hill) every day that I don't go to the Cuyahoga Falls Natatorium, where Medicare folks go free under the federal government's Silver Sneakers program to lift weights, pedal stationary bikes and walk a furlong track (8 laps = 1 mile).

It does wonders for my blood pressure and my general feeling.
