Dominion ends lockout of gas workers

Dominion Transmission ended the lockout of more than 900 United Gas Workers Union Local 69 employees over contract negotiations that began April 1.

The lockout affected workers in West Virginia, Maryland, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Virginia. 

Dominion and the Union have reached an agreement for all members to return to work with full back pay and benefits.

The Union agreed not to strike while contract negotiations continue.

The no lockout/no strike agreement lasts until April 1, 2017
