My cousin, Vince Fazio, a 2009 North Marion High grad, will re-open Chanceys Grill on Monday, October 26 at his new location at 323 Adams Street in Fairmont.

Vince says it will be a soft opening 11 a.m-10 p.m. because “our menus aren't back yet so we will have temporary ones. Thank you all & hope to see everyone this week !

Vince took over the space that was the Firehouse Cafe, where Jenna Won't Sing played regularly. The Firehouse Café was owned and operated by Fairmont firefighter Mark Delbrook.
 

So Jenna lost its home base at the Firehouse.

He can handle parties as large as 30.

 

Vince Fazio operated Chancey’s at 1602 Locust Avenue until pipes frozen in winter destroyed his kitchen equipment and led to a dispute with his landlord over who would pay for the repairs.

 

Vince’s parents are Steve Fazio and the late Nancy Fazio, who passed away in 2005. Vince lives in Monongah with Lexi Nicoletti.

Vince’s grandfather, Renzy Fazio, is my uncle through marriage to Frances Olesky Fazio, younger sister of my father, John W. Olesky, Sr.
