Michael Domico, son of the late Louie “Scoogum” Domico and Mary Ann Bienkoski
Domico, Class of 1950, passed away Thursday, July 21. He resided in Morgantown.

He is survived by his
son, John Mathew Domico of Morgantown.
A brother, Lewis Domico Jr., predeceased John, whose surviving siblings are Cindy Domico Chism, Gary Domico and Tim Domico, all of Monongah.

John, who served in the Army, died in a motorcycle accident on I-79.
Siblings Mary Ann Bienkoski Domico, Edward Bienkoski, Lucy Bienkoski Goldsberry, Ann Bienkoski
Plachta and Irene Bienkoski Plachta have
all passed away.
Their siblings, Loretta Bienkoski Domico of Monongah,
Wanda Bienkoski Allowatt of Parkersburg and Pauline Bienkoski Koscoe of Florida,
still are alive.

John
Michael Domico, 61, of Morgantown, WV passed away Thursday, July 21, 2016 at
Fairmont Regional Medical Center. He was born October 6, 1954 in Fairmont, WV,
son of the late Louie “Scoogum” and MaryAnn (Bienkoski) Domico.
He was
a veteran of the U.S. Army and a member of the Shinnston American Legion. He
was a coal miner for many years, retired from Bailey Prep Plant, and previously
worked at Enlow Fork and Four States Coal Mines.
John
was an avid motorcyclist and car enthusiast, and was always generous and
welcoming to new friends.
He is
survived by his son, John Mathew Domico of Morgantown; two brothers, Gary
Domico, Tim Domico and wife Patty; and one sister, Cindy Chism, all of
Monongah; two nieces, Theresa Chism and Sean Lowther, Loucinda Moore and
husband Eric; a great niece, Elizabeth Moore; three great nephews, Alex Moore,
Brandon Chism, and Luke Chism.
In
addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Lew Domico,
Jr.; a niece, Amber Nicole Domico; and his beloved German Shephard, Jasmine.
The
family will receive friends at Domico Funeral Home, 414 Gaston Ave. in Fairmont
from 1 to 8 p.m. Monday with a Vigil Service being held at 7:30 p.m. by Deacon
Louis Belldina. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m.
Tuesday, July 26, at the Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Monongah with Father
S.A. Arokiadass as celebrant. In Lieu of flowers, monetary donations may be
made in John's name to: Project Solidarity Food Bank and mailed to UMWA
