Monongah’s Terry Puccio passes away

Terry Ann Moore-Puccio of Monongah, married to Chad Puccio, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 5.

Puccios who graduated from Monongah High, include:

Terry Puccio
Deborah Puccio, Class of 1970.

Josephine Puccio Dalton, Class of 1973.

And there's a Sherry Puccio living in Monongah with her husband, Tony Puccio.

Terry Ann Moore-Puccio, 50, of Monongah, passed away on Wednesday, August 5, 2015 at Fairmont Regional Medical Center following a long battle with Cancer.


Formerly of West Union, she lived in Monongah with her husband, Chad Puccio and her stepchildren, Brianna Puccio, Jarod Puccio and Kayla Puccio and her cats, Tom and Jerry.


Terry is also survived by her loving parents, Fred and Mary Alice Moore of West Union; Mary Lee Nesler of West Union and her nephews Tyler Ross and Jordon Ross.


She was preceded in death by her sister, Tammy Jo Moore Ross and Charlie Nesler.


Terry was a 25-year employee of the United States Postal Service. A graduate of Fairmont State College and an alumni of the Doddridge County High Bulldogs.


She was most known for truly having a zest for life and a smile to share with everyone she met. Terry will be missed by all who were fortunate to be touched by this angel.


Friends may call at the Carpenter & Ford Funeral Home, 209 Merchant Street, Fairmont on Friday from 1pm to 9pm and on Saturday noon to 2pm. The funeral service will be at 2pm on Saturday, August 8, 2015 at the funeral home with Evangelist Kevin Lough officiating. In keeping with the wishes of the deceased, her body will be cremated following the funeral service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to your local humane society.
