A Dec. 7 trial date has been set for the Manchin family squabble
involving three brothers, including U.S. Sen. Joe Manchin.
Senior Status Judge Thomas Steptoe will preside over the case in
Marion County Circuit Court.
Dr. John Manchin II accuses brothers Joe and Roch (Rock) Manchin of
failing to repay a $1.7 million loan intended to keep the family's carpet
business afloat.
