Calling hours for Ken Kincaid

Calling hours will be 1-7 p.m. Monday, January 21 for Ken Kincaid, who passed away Wednesday, January 19.

Ken and Frances Lynn Price Kincaid have two sons, Kenneth, Jr. and Justin Michael Kincaid. Parents and children live in Four States.

Ken was predeceased by his sister, Rebecca Sue Dano.
 
Harry Kincaid, father of Ken Kincaid, Class of 1968, and George Kincaid, father of Ina Kincaid Fullen, Class of 1962, are brothers.
Ina sold the family farm and moved to Fairmont after her husband, Danny Fullen, Class of 1961, passed away in 2016.
 
Ken's obituary:

Kenneth Lee Kincaid, Sr. of Four States passed away on Wednesday January 16, 2019 at United Hospital Center in Bridgeport after a long battle with cancer. He was born in Fairmont on June 7, 1950 son of Harry L. Kincaid of Fairmont and the late Mildred Vuckson Kincaid.


 

He joined the army in 1968 and served in the Viet Nam War and twelve additional years after that. He was a journeyman electrician with IBEW from which her retired. He was an avid hunter and fisherman.

 

He is survived by his wife of 33 years Frances Lynn Prince Kincaid, two sons, Kenneth Lee Kincaid, Jr. and Justin Michael Kincaid all of Four States. He is also survived by two grandchildren Emily Lynn Kincaid and Jayden Lynn Kincaid, one sister Mary Louise Royer of Michigan. Also surviving is his mother-in-law, Clarice Prince of Four States, brother-in-law Paul Dale (Kayla) Prince of Four States, sister-in-law Michelle (Ralph) White of Grays Run.

 

He is also survived by six nephews who were the light of his life, Shawn Ashcraft and Jodi Russell, Paul Dale Prince, Joshua Prince, Dawson Kirby, and Hunter Cotrill, and one niece Izabella Grace Prince. He is also survived by his aunt Patti Enoch of Ohio and Uncle John Ryan of Michigan, and several other aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

 

In addition to his mother he was preceded in death by his sister Rebecca Sue Dano, father-in-law Paul Prince, and several aunts and uncles and cousins.

 

Friends may call at Ross Funeral Home 801 Fairmont Avenue Fairmont on Monday from 1-7:00 P.M. and on Tuesday from 10:00 A.M. till Noon. A committal service with full military honors will follow at 1:30 P.M. at the West Virginia National Cemetery in Pruntytown.

 

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to his wife Frances to assist with funeral expenses.
