Deborah Puccio, Class of 1971, passed away Wednesday, May 2. She had kidney problems for years.

Her parents were Anne Chucci Puccio and Larry Puccio.

Deborah was a Fairmont State Business College grad.

Her siblings are Tony Puccio, married to Sherry Bragg Puccio and living in Monongah;  Josie Puccio Dalton, Class of 1973, of Maidsville, West Virginia; and Jim Puccio and wife Brenda of Ravenswood.

Josie is the widow of Larry Dalton, Class of 1968, who passed away in 2016. Larry’s sister, Janice Marie Dalton Bayne, Class of 1965, lives in Georgia.

Tony Puccio’s aunt, Teresa Puccio, originally from Junior, West Virginia, lives in Fairmont.


Terry Ann Moore-Puccio of Monongah, married to Chad Puccio, grandson of Annie and Larry Puccio, passed away in 2015 at the age of 50 after frequent battles with cancer. 

Clarksburg Notre Dame High grad and Army veteran Chad works for the U.S. Postal Service. Their former home on Park Avenue was damaged by fire last November.

Deborah Ann Puccio, 65, of Monongah, passed away Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown. She was born February 18, 1953 in Fairmont, daughter of the late Lawrence and Anne Chucci Puccio.

Deborah was a graduate of Monongah High School, Class of 1971 and West Virginia Career College. She was employed with Bio Prep Lab for several years and was a manager of the Circle K in Monongah and the Go Mart in White Hall. She was a member of the Kingdom EMC Church in Westover.

Deborah is survived by her siblings, Jim Puccio and his wife Brenda of Ravenswood, Tony Puccio and his wife Sherry of Monongah, and Josie Dalton of Maidsville; several nieces and nephews, several great nieces and nephews; and a great great niece.

In addition to her parents, Deborah is preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Larry Dalton.

The family will receive friends at Domico Funeral Home, 414 Gaston Avenue in Fairmont, from 1:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 5, 2018 and on Sunday, May 6, 2018 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. The funeral service will be at the funeral home on Sunday at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Daniel Strosnider officiating.
