Latest news on Brian Coleman

Update by daughter Ashley Hunt on Brian Coleman (Mr. Hoagie), injured in a March 1 fire that destroyed Brian and Ann Coleman’s home:

March 26 . . . No change since last night. Waiting on results from CT scan with contrast which I should get this morning. Will update when I know more.

March 25....Hi everyone! Sorry I haven't posted anything for a couple of days. I'm not staying at the family house any more (North Neville Street). So if anyone wants to send a card please send it to the hospital, complete address should be on one of the updates.

I have been staying with Mr. Hoagie. A couple nites ago, I have to leave by 10 p.m. (visiting hrs 12 p.m. to 10 p.m.) He was very upset during the whole nite, to make a long store short. The nurses could not handle him very well.

So I have been staying with him to take care of him. He is still in isolation, still has the trache, IV lines and feeding tube. He is still on a low dose of fental. They r coming this morning to do a swallow test. If he passes they will take the feeding tube out and he will be able to eat chicken broth.....yeahhhhh!!!!

Brian is in West Penn Burn Center in Pittsburgh.
