Joyce Cowart Davis Peck, Class of 1966, who lives in Palm Bay, Florida, and husband Perry Peck celebrated their 22nd wedding anniversary.
Joyce gushed: “Happy 22nd anniversary to my husband Perry Peck for all the little things he does for me. Love you.”
Perry is from Myersdale, Pennsylvania.
Joyce has a son in Alliance, Ohio, about 25 miles from my Tallmadge home.
Her previous husbands, Ivan Gene Lanham and Henry Hollis Davis Sr., passed away within 7 days in July of this year.
Joyce is from Worthington but lives in Palm Bay, Florida.
Her sister, Nancy Cowart Willis, was cafe manager at the old Monongah High School for 26 years.
Joyce's other siblings are Duane Cowart, Warren Cowart, Class of 1967, Alma Cowart Allen, Class of 1963 and Carol Cowart Ensminger. They all went to Monongah High along with their mother, Florence Vellora Harris Cowart, and Florence's siblings.
Palm Bay is in Brevard County and not far from Melbourne, where Bob Cottrill, Class of 1951, and Jim Wright, Class of 1957, live. So did the late Jim Weaver, Class of 1948, who was a schoolteacher in Brevard County for 30 years. Jim’s parents were Robert and Elsie Weaver.
Joyce is among the legion of Dr. Barr babies born in Worthington. Her email address is  joycepeck77@gmail.com
