Chick Davis’ wife, Minnie, passes
away
Mary Ann “Minnie” Davis, wife of
Harry W. “Chick” Davis, Class of 1954, passed away Monday, Sept. 14. She was a
Morgantown High graduate. She grew up in Monongalia County near Smithtown.
Her children are Dianna Davis Fugera,
Class of 1975, Mark Davis, Class of 1978, and Jamie Davis Richards, maybe a
North Marion graduate,

Davis Shreves, Class of 1977, of Fairmont.
Janice Hoffman, Class of 1967, and Mary Ann were friends since the Monongah Swimming pool opened in 1964.

Davis, 76, passed away Monday (Sept. 14, 2015).
She is survived in
death by Harry “Chick” Davis Jr., her husband of 58 years; four children,
Dianna Fugera and Mark Allen of Monongah, Deborah and John Shreves of Fairmont,
Mark and Annette Davis of Monongah, and Jamie and Tony Richards of Monongah;
also six grandchildren, Nicky Sabala-Hines, Amanda Shreves Mauck, Marcus Davis,
Cole Richards, Philip Davis and Lanie Richards; and three great-grandchildren,
Lillian and Logan Mauck, and Fayah Davis.
She is survived by
three brothers and one sister.
She was preceded
in death by one brother and one sister.
