Pinballs and cars lined up for August Monongahfest

The Monongahfest Pinball Tournament 2015 will be part of the festivities, starting at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 15 in the

Monongah Volunteer Fire Department Building at
134 Bridge Street.

Doors will open at 9 a.m., qualifying will start at 9:30 and end at 4 p.m.

The Monongahfest committee is looking for craft, food and game vendors for the festival this year.

The Monongahfest Car Show, which is Jenna Won’t Sing Band leader Greg Patrick’s baby, will be Sunday, Aug. 16.

Judging by last year’s Monongahfest, there’s be a parade, the pinball tournament, the car show, a cornhole tournament, local authors, a tug-of-war contest, and music, including Monongah’s No. 1 band, Jenna Won’t Sing.
