Monongah Crime Watch meeting July 17

Monongah Police Chief Rick Barnhart continues to be proactive since switching from Salem police lieutenant to his Monongah police role.

Last year he set up a date when Monongah residents could bring their prescription medications for proper disposal.

Now Chief Barnhart would like to restore the Neighborhood Crime Watch Program in Monongah. The first meeting will be in the Town Hall at 6 p.m. Friday, July 17. Barnhart replaced Chris Veltri in August 2014.
