Tony Suppa passes away

Anthony “Tony” Suppa, Jr., Class of 1953, passed away Saturday, December 2. Tony lived in Vienna, West Virginia with wife Betty Jean Suppa.

Tony’s siblings are Edith Suppa Renick and Shelby Suppa Lowther, who both live in Akron, Ohio, which is adjacent to Tallmadge where I live with Paula, and the late Jackie “Jack” Lee Suppa, who married Donna McGinnis Suppa-Fullen.

Tony Suppa, Sr. and Hazel Hawkins Suppa were their parents.

Five years after Jack passed away Donna married Bernie Fullen, whose wife Chloe Anne of Webster Springs also had passed away. Bernie was Jack’s best friend at Monongah High. Jack, Donna and Bernie were in the Class of 1963.

Anthony was born on April 16, 1934 and passed away on Saturday, December 2, 2017.

Anthony was a resident of Vienna, West Virginia at the time of passing.

A memorial service will be held 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at the Beechwood Heights Church of Christ, 901 31st Street, Parkersburg, W.Va. Interment will be in the West Virginia National Cemetery, Grafton, W.Va. at the family's convenience.
