Say-Boy to open at new location

Say-Boy Restaurant, hit by a serious fire in early March, will re-open at a new location. Say-Boy’s new address will be 1228 Country Club Road, Suite 10, Fairmont, WV 26554.

That’s 3 blocks from the 905 Country Club Road site where the kitchen fire hit. And close enough to Country Club Road Bakery, at 1211, to grab a dozen pepperoni rolls on your way home after chowing down at Say-Boy.

Say-Boy founder Albert Sabo, who used a play on his name for the restaurant's name, is a 1940 Monongah High grad.

Keep checking the Say-Boy Restaurant Facebook page for the eventual re-location opening date.

I can see another Say-Boy ribeye steak in my future to remind me of my past at the Fairmont landmark.

Same food. Just in a different building.
